Sources before statements

Every factual claim about a platform links to a source we opened, with the access date. Prices are taken from the vendor's own pricing page on that date, in the currency the page showed us. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out or write that it is not published.

Vendor figures are labelled

Customer results, user counts and savings published by a vendor are marked as vendor-reported. Independent research is attributed to the organisation that ran it, with its sample and date where they are published.

The same rules for every platform

Each platform is described with its strengths, its limits and the buyers it suits, and each profile says when another platform is the better choice. Security features are reported by the plan on which they are available, not by the highest tier.

No paid placement

No platform pays to appear, to be ranked or to be described differently, and there are no affiliate links.

How we use AI tools

We use AI tools to help with research and drafting. Every factual claim is checked against its cited source before publication.

Corrections

If a fact is wrong or out of date, tell us. We fix verified errors, update the page date and log the change.
